Boardwalk Property Management is a management company specializing in multi-family properties. We are dedicated to minimizing vacancy loss, maximizing rents, reducing expenses and assisting you in meeting and exceeding your real estate investment portfolio performance goals. What We Do

Applicant has the right to provide Boardwalk Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Boardwalk Property Management with a PTSR, Boardwalk Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Boardwalk Property Management to access or use the PTSR.

Joe has been managing a sixplex property I own in Colorado Springs for the last year and a half. The property was losing money because renters had fallen behind and new tenants were not well vetted. After Joe took over management for the property, he was able to work with existing tenants and recover past rents that were in arrears. Joe did an excellent job of turning units at a reasonable cost and upgrading rental income. Units went from the range of $8xx/per month to $1400 to $1500 per month with credible new tenants. I have owned rental properties for over 30 years and Joe Crick is by far the best property manager I have had experience with. I have always been completely satisfied with Joe’s ability to take care of issues and he does an excellent job of communicating so that I know what is happening.
